Sales Representative for Web Design Agency

Our web design company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a remote member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential new customers and creating opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on target industries and companies to generate a high volume of leads.
Connect with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and advance leads to the next stage of the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to potential customers.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead and opportunity creation goals.
Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) database.


Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in a technology or web design company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace.
