Subleasing furnished apartment in Mexico City

Job Description:

I’m looking to hire a bilingual (Spanish/English) assistant based in Mexico City to help me find a long-term, fully furnished rental apartment.

What I’m looking for:
    •    A 2-bedroom, 2-bath (or 2-bedroom, 1-bath) apartment
    •    Located in Roma Norte, Condesa, or Juárez
    •    Fully furnished with a modern style — I prefer contemporary furniture and finishes
    •    I’m open to older buildings if they have exceptional design, but I do not want old or outdated furnishings
    •    Lease from November 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026 (7 months)

Responsibilities include:
    •    Researching listings that match my needs
    •    Contacting landlords or agents (in Spanish)
    •    Coordinating virtual or in-person viewings
    •    Assisting with lease negotiation and setup
    •    Communicating clearly and reliably throughout the process
