What will I be doing?
As a vital part of our ever-growing reception team, you will answer calls for various customers, so multi-tasking is a must. You will also action client requests, such as diary management and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact it is important that every call is answered in a friendly and professional manner. This role includes evening and weekend hours.

Answering calls and submitting messages through our internal software
Dealing with admin tasks and requests from our customers
Pro-actively solving customer problems

This role requires a team member who is a 'self-starter' and is happy to work on their own as much as they are a part of a team. Using a combination of phone and software to help our clients, you’ll be based supporting our UK team and our clients who operate all over the world.
