We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our chiropractic clinic team. This role involves making outbound calls to leads who have opted in through our Facebook advertising campaigns. The primary goal is to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, make them feel understood, invite them to book an appointment, and then efficiently schedule these appointments using our internal system. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills and be adept at understanding various English accents, as our client base in Canada is diverse. Prior to each call, you will be provided with specific context regarding the lead's interest (e.g., Knee pain treatment) to ensure a personalized and effective conversation. While the scheduled hours are from 8:00 am to 10:30 am and 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm colombian time, monday to saturday, the actual call volume is low, typically 1 to 2 calls per day, with each call lasting approximately 1 to 2 minutes. This position requires a professional who can maintain a high level of empathy and efficiency in a low-volume, high-impact communication environment.
