Virtual Personal Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish & English)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (20–30 hours/week) with potential for full-time
Pay: $7–$12/hour (negotiable based on experience)
About Us:
We are a mobile home investment company in Texas specializing in lead generation, acquisitions, and sales. We’re looking for a bilingual Virtual Personal Assistant to help manage business and personal tasks, streamline operations, and assist with Spanish language learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Tasks:
✅ CRM & Data Management
• Organize, clean, and update lead lists in REsimpli CRM
• Pull and scrub county tax-delinquent lists
• Manage email communications with counties for tax data requests
• Assist acquisitions team with lead follow-ups and drip campaigns
✅ Administrative & Communication Support
• Manage email inbox (clean up 12,000+ unread emails, set up filters)
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Research marketing & branding opportunities (e.g., Hiring article writers)
• Translate business documents/emails from Spanish to English & vice versa
✅ Bookkeeping Assistance
• Track business expenses and update REsimpli bookkeeping feature
• Organize receipts and assist in financial tracking for tax prep
Personal & Household Tasks:
✅ Scheduling & Coordination
• Create and maintain a family calendar for everyone’s schedules
• Plan and book weekend family activities
• Research and schedule lawn care, fence repair, and pet care services
✅ Meal & Grocery Planning
• Create weekly grocery lists based on meal planning and health goals
• Place curbside pickup orders (HEB/Walmart+)
✅ Home & Financial Management
• Track and schedule bill payments & debt payments
• Research and schedule house cleaning, laundry service, and carpet maintenance
✅ Personal Development Assistance
• Help schedule Spanish language lessons and provide Spanish conversation practice
• Research and schedule Jiu-Jitsu/boxing classes
• Assist with MBA program applications & scheduling
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written)
✅ Experience with CRM tools (REsimpli is a plus)
✅ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
✅ Familiarity with bookkeeping & financial tracking
✅ Strong communication skills (email management, scheduling)
✅ Interest in meal planning & home organization is a plus

Project overview
I run a real estate wholesale business in which we find motivated mobile home sellers and resale their homes for a higher price to an end buyer. Amongst business task I am wanting assistance with personal scheduling for household maintenance, weekend itinerarys, scheduling and finding house cleaner and maintenance techs. Also will be scheduling hobbies and interests such as fitness classes, Spanish language learning, meal prepping and scheduling/research for local mba programs
