This is not just a Social Media Manager role.

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager & Growth Digital Strategist to lead client accounts, design digital strategies, manage paid campaigns, and coordinate execution across production and marketing teams.

You will be responsible for both strategy and performance execution, ensuring client growth and retention.



🔥 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth
    •    Develop digital growth strategies aligned with client business goals
    •    Create marketing and sales plans for internal brands (Agency Brands)
    •    Define campaign goals and KPIs
    •    Identify scaling opportunities and optimization improvements
    •    Lead quarterly strategy and performance presentations

Client Management
    •    Act as the primary point of contact for clients
    •    Ensure delivery of all promised services
    •    Manage expectations and strategic direction
    •    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    •    Maintain long-term client relationships

Content Strategy & Scriptwriting
    •    Develop strategic content pillars and monthly content plans
    •    Write scripts for:
    •    Webinars
    •    Reels
    •    Paid ads
    •    Create content with strong hooks, trends, and retention strategies
    •    Develop copy for landing pages and conversion funnels
    •    Maintain brand voice consistency

Paid Advertising & Budget Management
    •    Manage ad budgets across platforms (Meta, etc.)
    •    Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns
    •    Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
    •    Report insights and performance trends

Cross-Team Coordination
    •    Coordinate with Production for video execution
    •    Align with Marketing, Ads & Automation for funnel implementation
    •    Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met



✅ Requirements
    •    Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts
    •    Strong understanding of content strategy and paid advertising
    •    Experience writing scripts for social media and ads
    •    Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
    •    Excellent communication skills
    •    Strategic thinking with execution capability
