TuVozNow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Growth Marketer & User Acquisition Specialist. We are building the next generation Hispanic/Latino super app, designed as a digital home for our community to connect, communicate, share, and celebrate culture. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a startup with a mission to become the digital home for millions of Hispanic/Latino users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive app downloads and significant user growth.
* Design and implement viral social media campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
* Establish and nurture partnerships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
* Produce authentic, engaging bilingual content that resonates deeply with Latino audiences.
* Continuously monitor market trends, test new growth initiatives, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
* Play a crucial role in building a loyal and vibrant community around the TuVozNow platform.
Candidate Profile:
* Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
* Demonstrated success in growing social media communities, mobile applications, or other digital products.
* A deep understanding of Latino culture, current trends, key creators, music, and online community dynamics.
* Proven experience in influencer marketing, developing viral campaigns, and contributing to startup growth.
* A creative and analytical thinker capable of translating innovative ideas into measurable growth outcomes.
