We are a successful and fast-growing solar energy company seeking a reliable, long-term virtual assistant to support our team by scheduling appointments and handling client communications. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is professional and ready to grow with us. We are exclusively seeking candidates with proven experience as an Appointment Setter. You will play a vital role as the first point of contact with potential clients, helping us coordinate meetings and manage communications efficiently. This position is ideal for someone mature, committed, and confident on the phone. Key Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with leads and clients, communicating professionally in both English and Spanish, using Google Calendar, Sheets, and Zoom Caller to manage scheduling, and maintaining organized records of interactions. We are looking for someone fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with excellent phone and communication skills, and appointment setter experience. Candidates must own a computer and have a stable internet connection, be available 8 hours per day, aligned with U.S. West Coast hours, and demonstrate reliability and long-term commitment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth.
