Sunny Florida Group, a growing real estate brokerage based in Florida, is seeking a talented, bilingual Social Media Virtual Assistant to enhance our digital presence and connect with our Spanish-speaking audience across Facebook and Instagram. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote position, crucial for our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, design, and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Edit short-form videos and Reels.
- Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the Sunny Florida Group team on campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- 1+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Strong copywriting skills in both languages.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Availability for overlap with US Eastern business hours.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in real estate social media marketing.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel and basic analytics.
- Experience creating property listing videos and virtual tours.
