Bilingual Spanish-English Outbound Appointment Setter (and possibly Closer) for Web Design Services

Hourly + Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish-English) Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to connect with Hispanic business owners in the U.S. Who operate service-based businesses (e.g., Fence installers, tree services, landscaping, pool maintenance) and are in need of a professional online presence. Many of these businesses currently have a poorly done or non-existent website, which negatively impacts their business.

The ideal candidate will communicate exclusively in Spanish with these business owners to understand their needs and explain how FreshBuilt Web can create a professional, English-language website for their customers. All communication with the client will be in Spanish, while the final website product will be in English.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Research and identify Spanish-speaking owners of U.S. Service businesses. Alternatively, leads may be provided for contact.
*  Evaluate existing business websites to determine if they are non-existent or visibly weak.
*  Conduct outbound calls in Spanish to engage with business owners.
*  Clearly articulate the value proposition of FreshBuilt Web, emphasizing Spanish-language communication for the client and a professional English-language website for their customers.
*  Qualify interested prospects and gauge their readiness for a follow-up discussion.
*  Schedule and participate in follow-up calls with our team, providing translation assistance as needed.
*  Send approved follow-up texts or emails to prospects.
*  Accurately record every contact, interaction, and outcome in a shared tracking system.

There is also an opportunity for the right individual to take on a full closing role, which would be compensated with a higher bonus or commission structure. This is open for discussion based on performance and capability.

Compensation for this pilot project will be a set hourly rate, complemented by a tiered bonus structure for successfully booked appointment calls and for new customers who make an initial deposit.
