We are a family-owned and operated business with over 18 years of experience providing affordable, do-it-yourself event spaces across Queens and Brooklyn, NY. Our 7 unique venues host a wide range of celebrations, from weddings and birthdays to baby showers and corporate events. We pride ourselves on offering flexible, welcoming spaces where our clients can bring their own vision to life. With a dedicated team focused on customer service, we’re committed to making every event smooth, successful, and memorable. We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our busy event space business. This role is essential to our daily operations, as you will be the first point of contact for potential and current clients across 7 event venues. We need someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails, provide information about our venues, schedule viewings, and assist with client requests and general admin tasks. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our managers, sales reps, and ownership team to keep our booking process running smoothly. We are open 7 days a week, so nights and weekends are required as part of the regular schedule.
