Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with inbound and outbound business calls.
- Communicating with clients and customers in a professional manner.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Providing basic customer support and information.

- Helping to coordinate daily communication and operations.
- Supporting English and Portuguese communication as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent Portuguese communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate English skills.
- Comfort with speaking on phone and video calls.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and messaging applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or call support.
- Experience with CRM tools or scheduling software.
- Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
