Fjord Media Group is a boutique media agency expanding our partner operations. We represent a portfolio of premium digital entertainment and app platforms and we are looking for 5 elite Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us scale our creator partnerships in the LatAm and Apac markets.

this is not a data entry or admin role.
We are looking for "Hunters"—people who can identify, contact, and close high-traffic partners in the digital entertainment space.

your responsibilities:
• identify high-volume telegram/discord community admins, twitch/kick streamers, and influencers in your region.
• Initiate first-contact outreach using our provided scripts.
• Book "Warm Leads" into a 3-way call/chat with our Director to finalize partnerships.

the compensation:
we prioritize high-performance partners who want to build a "book of business."

• The Deal: You receive a 3% Lifetime Override on the gross revenue generated by every partner you onboard.
• The Potential: If you onboard a high-traffic partner, you earn a recurring commission for as long as that partner is active.
• Payouts: Weekly (Every Tuesday) via digital wallet.
