Cold Caller / Lead Setter – Home Buyers & Land Acquisition Location: Mexico or South America (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $5 - $8 per hour (Based on experience) We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Lead Setter to join our team in the real estate industry, focusing on home buying and land acquisition. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to potential sellers Qualify leads and set appointments for our acquisition team Manage SMS campaigns to engage prospects Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships What We’re Looking For: Experience in cold calling, SMS campaigns, and appointment setting (Real estate experience preferred) Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) Confident, persistent, and great at building rapport Ability to work full-time in a remote setting Why Join Us?
