We are a U.S.-Based land investing company looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller & Acquisition Manager to join our remote team. This role is about more than just making calls — you’ll be directly speaking with tax-delinquent property owners, building rapport, uncovering their needs, and presenting fair offers for their land.
This is a long-term role with growth potential. We’re looking for someone who loves conversations, has a natural, friendly phone presence, and can guide property owners toward decisions without sounding scripted or robotic.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to property owners from our tax-delinquent lists
Engage in natural, friendly conversations to build trust
Qualify seller motivation, property details, and timeline
Present and negotiate purchase offers following company guidelines
Update our CRM with accurate notes and lead status
Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with the acquisitions team

Consistently connecting with property owners in a clear, engaging manner
Building trust and creating a positive seller experience
Converting conversations into qualified offers and signed contracts
Keeping CRM records clean, detailed, and accurate
Growing into a long-term, reliable role within our acquisitions team
Who We’re Looking For
English level: Near-native clarity (B2–C1). Must be easily understood by U.S. Landowners
Personality fit: Bubbly, talkative, confident, and natural-sounding — not robotic or telemarketer-like
Someone who embraces conversations, handles objections with ease, and stays motivated through high call volumes
Sales or acquisitions experience preferred (real estate a plus, but not required)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

Central Time (CST/CDT) operations
Preferred calling window: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT (afternoons preferred)
