We are in search of a Customer Service Representative that meets the following requirements:

-Process information and establish communications in the English language.
-Assimilate knowledge, skills and attitudes relevant to mastering technologies for better communication with customers.
-Assist the client to query, status, services, products. Meet customer requirements.
-Customer management support.
-Must have great grammar and spelling skills and be a self-starter, able to multitask and work well in a busy, repetitive environment.
-In the essential duties and responsibilities are answering emails, take chats, make entries on daily reports with accurate data entry and ongoing order maintenance.
-Customer service experience is required
-Detail oriented with high accuracy.
-Highly proactive, dynamic, with initiative and responsibility, timely deliveries, (Indispensable).
-Availability to work from home.
-Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different teams (management, backend, graphic design, marketing and other departments) to meet the overall objectives of the company, diligently complies with the corporate core values in all actions.
