Technology company is seeking experts in customer service and technical support aimed to resolve managers' tickets through a messenger platform. The goals of the role are the following: 

- Help our clients understand the platform and guide them through best practices
- Understand the reported problems, analyze them, and give a solution (or report the incident if required)
- Proactively call the customer to guide or help them to solve the difficulty.

It is required to reside in Buenos Aires or Mexico City
