We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to enhance the visibility and brand consistency of Inclusion Online Therapy. The primary goal is to increase our reach, educate the public on mental health, and promote destigmatization, ultimately driving new client conversions.
Main Goals:
- Increase visibility and brand consistency across various digital platforms.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, social media strategies, newsletters, and blog content.
- Foster community partnerships to expand our referral network.
- Support the clinic's mission by educating the public on mental health and promoting destigmatization.

Core Responsibilities:
- Social Media: Create and schedule engaging bilingual content (graphics, videos, reels) for online therapy services. Develop compelling copy to boost engagement and drive traffic. Monitor insights, adjust targeting, and report on performance.
- Directories: Manage and update online directory profiles biweekly to ensure accuracy and optimize for SEO.
- Email & Campaigns: Design and execute digital advertising campaigns. Create and manage monthly bilingual newsletters and awareness campaigns for therapy and immigration evaluations. Set up and monitor Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns.
- Google Business & Flyers: Maintain and update the Google My Business profile. Design graphics, banners, flyers, and promotional posts, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels.
- Community & Research: Research and identify community outreach opportunities and potential referral partners (e.g., Attorneys, doctors, universities, insurance providers, community organizations). Track and follow up on all outreach efforts.
Tools & Workflow:
- Maintain organized workflows for social media calendars, blog posting, newsletter processes, and partner outreach.
- Utilize technology and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite for scheduling and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Participate in monthly reviews to evaluate key metrics (newsletter open rates, engagement, conversion rates) and propose strategic improvements.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent content creation skills, and a passion for mental health advocacy. Experience with bilingual content creation (English and Spanish) is essential.
