Primary Responsibilities – Digital Advertising & Marketing (70%)
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through organic and paid social media.
Coordinate podcast production: edit and post content, invite guests, and manage publishing workflows (templates and SOPs provided).
Maintain and update WordPress website (hosted on GoDaddy).
Implement marketing automation strategies via Go High Level CRM (preferred but not required).
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) To draft content, automate tasks, perform research, and improve execution speed.

🧩 Secondary Responsibilities – Executive Administrative Support (30%)
Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
Host Zoom meetings and assist with virtual client events and presentations.
Track tasks and projects using Asana or a similar project management tool.
Prepare status updates and follow-ups—you’ll ensure everything stays on track without needing reminders.
Serve as a point of contact with vendors, partners, and clients via professional email and phone communication.
Organize and maintain digital documents and workflows via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
