Position: Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant (Medical + Legal Support)
Hours: 8 am โ€“ 11 am eastern time, monday to friday
type: part-time, remote
region: central or south america time zone preferred

we're a u.S.-Based legal practice focused on disability advocacy. Weโ€™re looking for a highly organized, tech-proficient administrative assistant who can support day-to-day operations, especially in areas that require medical record management, client communication, and call-based platforms.

Youโ€™ll be working directly with our lead attorney and legal support team to help us stay organized, responsive, and efficient.

๐Ÿ” What Youโ€™ll Do

Organize and manage medical records and client files
Use platforms like Zoom, or other VOIP tools for communication
Handle case communications including appointment setting, reminders, and follow-ups
Tech support or process documentation (e.g. Updating SOPs or forms)
Assist with internal tech tools, automations, or process improvements

โœ… Youโ€™re a Fit If You

Have experience with healthcare or legal admin tasks
Are comfortable using tech platforms (Google Workspace, VOIP, CRMs, etc.)
Are reliable and consistent โ€” youโ€™ll work 3 fixed hours each day
Are fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Can think ahead and solve problems proactively
