We are a residential property management company in Southern California seeking an experienced, organized, and bilingual Virtual Assistant to manage tenant communications and administrative tasks for our 90 rental units across 9 properties in Orange County and Los Angeles. This is a part-time remote position, approximately 20 hours per week, with strong potential for long-term growth. We are looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities will include:
*  Answering live inbound tenant calls transferred from our AI phone system during California business hours.
*  Monitoring and responding to tenant text messages in a shared inbox.
*  Creating maintenance work orders in Buildium when tenants report repair issues.
*  Coordinating with vendors by text to schedule and confirm repair appointments.
*  Assisting with prospective tenant inquiries and leasing communication.
*  Keeping tenant records and work orders organized and up to date in Buildium.

Requirements for this role:
*  Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with our diverse tenant base.
*  Prior experience in property management, real estate, or tenant-facing customer service is required.
*  Comfortable learning and utilizing property management software like Buildium, VoIP platforms such as Quo, and Google Workspace tools.
*  Availability Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific time.
*  Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for live calls.
*  Demonstrated professional phone presence and strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
