We are seeking a highly organized and proactive English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our sales team with crucial outreach and follow-up tasks. This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and expanding our customer base. The primary responsibilities will include managing email communications for sales outreach campaigns and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Please note that this role does not require any phone calls.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct email-based sales outreach to new leads.
- Manage and execute follow-up sequences for sales prospects.
- Maintain and update client information within our CRM system.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales support.

Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Pipedrive CRM, is highly desirable.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
