Key Responsibilities:

*  Manage all guest communications, including inquiries, booking confirmations, and post-stay follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional responses.
*  Accurately update and synchronize booking calendars across various platforms to prevent double bookings and optimize availability.
*  Assist with listing optimization, including updating property descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
*  Handle basic guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
*  Organize and maintain property-related data, including guest information, maintenance schedules, and inventory records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*  Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistant roles, preferably within the hospitality or property management sector.
*  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong guest-centric approach.
*  High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
*  Proficiency in using online booking platforms and basic office software (e.g., Spreadsheets for data management).
*  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
