We are seeking highly motivated and experienced real estate appointment setters to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to reactivate and re-engage a large database of past clients who had previously registered their interest in purchasing a house. This is a crucial role focused on reviving dormant leads and converting them into confirmed appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to over 100 prospects daily, aiming to achieve more than 40 meaningful conversations per day. A key performance indicator will be to consistently confirm 2-4 appointments daily for clients interested in purchasing primary residences or investment properties, as well as those looking to sell their properties. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, who are comfortable with high-volume calling and have a proven track record in appointment setting within the real estate sector. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record client interactions and appointment details are essential.
