We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Acquisitions Representative to join our U.S.-Based real estate investment team. This is a specialized sales role, not a basic virtual assistant position. We require a confident salesperson with excellent English communication skills who can consistently handle daily outbound calling.
This role focuses on a high-margin, specialized real estate niche involving partial deeds and title issues. We assist families in resolving complex ownership problems and unlocking value in properties that most investors typically overlook.
Key Responsibilities:
Research (40-50% of time):
Reviewing various documents, including obituaries, court records, and county/tax sites.
Identifying potential heirs, next of kin, and key decision-makers for properties.
Collaborating with our internal research team to verify ownership details and family trees.
Outreach & Sales (50-60% of time):
Making daily outbound calls, which is a core component of this position.
Sending follow-up texts and emails, and leaving professional voicemails daily.
Engaging with family members, asking pertinent questions, and building rapport and trust.
Clearly explaining our process and outlining the next steps to potential clients.
Maintaining accurate records by updating the CRM and coordinating effectively with the team.
Candidates must be comfortable with frequent calling, diligent follow-ups, and engaging with new contacts. If you do not enjoy these aspects, this role may not be suitable.
Important Requirements:
Exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written) at a C1/C2 level.
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
Strong preference for candidates with real estate experience (e.g., Acquisitions, dispositions, wholesaling, probate, title, excess proceeds).
Highly comfortable with outbound calling, leaving voicemails, and managing follow-up processes.
Possesses strong common sense and sound judgment for identifying the correct individuals to engage with.
Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a high-quality headset.
Proficient in using CRMs, Google, email, and various research tools on a daily basis.
Schedule & Availability:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Daily team meetings are held at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm eastern time.
Flexibility is required for follow-ups as needed.
