Full-Time, Exclusive Social Media Assistant (South America)

We are seeking a dedicated, long-term remote team member based in South America to join our company as a Social Media Assistant.

This is an exclusive role. It is not a short-term freelance project and not a multi-client position. We are looking for one person working exclusively with our company, primarily supporting social media activity.



Working Hours
    •    30–40 hours per week, depending on experience and skill level
    •    Typical working hours: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm uk time
    •    additional hours may be offered for candidates who can hit the ground running

while this role has defined working hours, flexibility is important. At times, you may be asked to check in, monitor posts, messages, or campaigns, or handle small issues outside core hours, including occasional weekends. This does not mean full weekend shifts, but rather being willing to pick things up when needed.
This role suits someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and is comfortable supporting a growing personal brand and business.



Key Responsibilities
    •    Primary focus: Social media support (80–90%)
    •    Editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and basic YouTube videos
    •    Posting, scheduling, and organising content across social platforms
    •    Basic graphics and design for social media (Canva or similar)
    •    Supporting Meta and Google Ads activity (support only — not a media buyer role)
    •    Basic CRM usage, specifically GoHighLevel (training provided)
    •    Light administrative support related to content, ads, and campaigns
    •    Assisting with simple tech tools and workflows where needed



Requirements
    •    Strong written English
    •    Previous experience supporting social media accounts
    •    Comfortable with basic video editing and simple graphic design
    •    Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems
    •    Strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection (you will be asked to confirm your internet speed)
    •    Available 30–40 hours per week during the stated hours
    •    Not working with other clients and willing to commit exclusively
    •    Looking for a stable, long-term role, not freelance gigs



Compensation & Pay Range
    •    $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill
    •    Hours allocated between 30–40 per week, based on capability and performance
    •    Payment via Wise
    •    Long-term opportunity with growth inside the company
