We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a growing property management company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is more than a traditional virtual assistant roleāit's an opportunity to become a key part of building and scaling a modern real estate business. The ideal candidate enjoys creating organization, improving processes, solving problems, and taking ownership of recurring responsibilities. As the company grows, this role has the opportunity to evolve into an Operations Coordinator position with increased responsibility. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, scheduling, and email communications; Maintain and organize CRM records and databases; Conduct online research and compile reports; Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and business partners; Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks; Publish blog articles and website content; Schedule social media posts and marketing content; Track projects and follow up on outstanding tasks; Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and special projects; Learn and support property management software and business systems; Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
