We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional support for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with order status, product information, returns, and exchanges.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.
