Location: Costa Rica (Fully Remote)
Compensation: $11 usd/hour + $500 usd sign-on bonus
work hours: full-time, day shift

what you’ll do:
- source, screen, and recruit top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews & guide candidates.
- Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:
- English Literacy (Any level)
- Recruitment experience (BPO preferred).
- We accept Entry-level
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
