Advertising roles we are looking to fill on Seek and Linked In and other potential job boards
Updating our database and candidate lists of all candidates looking for opportunities – importing information from LinkedIn. Moving candidates through out the process and updating on reasons why candidates have not been successful.
Writing up company and job profiles for our candidates’ information.
Re writing and formatting candidate resumes in preparation for introducing to clients
Sending out candidate resumes to a pre-approved list of clients utilising email templates.
Reference checking and background checking of candidates.
Checking in with candidates via phone to confirm current situation and interest to move.
Confirming candidate commencement via phone or email.
Database management and candidate/client profile updating
Calendar / diary management booking in all send outs with clients
Sending out bulk email / text messages to candidate lists about available opportunities
