🎯 Role Description
The Back Office team centralizes communication with guests, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring 24/7 continuous, efficient, and empathetic support.
Your mission will be to maintain operational coordination and guest experience quality, working remotely alongside the Front Office and other departments.
🔧 Main Responsibilities
Respond to messages via WhatsApp Business, Booking, email, and phone.
Resolve guest inquiries related to access, reservations, payments, or incidents.
Prepare and send daily reports (Housekeeping, check-ins/check-outs).
Log incidents and updates in internal systems and control sheets.
Maintain clear communication with Front Office, Reservations, and housekeeping/maintenance teams.
Leave detailed end-of-shift reports to ensure operational continuity.
⚙️ Mandatory Requirements
Residence in LATAM, with full adaptability to Canary Islands time zone (GMT+0).
Immediate and full availability for rotating shifts.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or remote support.
Native Spanish and English Advanced
Strong command of digital tools (Gmail, Excel, Mews, Keibell, or similar).
Personal equipment and stable internet connection.
Excellent self-management, communication, and accountability.
