We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable customer service agent to handle daily client inquiries via email and live chat. The ideal candidate speaks both French and English fluently, is detail-oriented, and knows how to keep clients happy with clear, polite communication.

Your responsibilities will include:
    •    Responding to customer emails and chat messages
    •    Solving basic issues or forwarding requests to the right team
    •    Following up on open cases
    •    Writing clear and well-structured messages
    •    Keeping track of customer interactions

Requirements:
    •    Fluent in French and English (written)
    •    Good communication and typing skills
    •    Available 5 days a week, ideally during business hours (can be flexible)
    •    Experience with basic tools (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.)
