I’m looking for a reliable part-time virtual assistant to help with customer service and administrative tasks for my travel business. Key responsibilities include:

Responding to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone (if necessary).
Following up with clients after tours to request reviews and gather feedback.
Managing and organizing booking records, including updates for payments and schedules.
Sending daily/weekly summaries of tasks completed.
The VA will primarily work during Mexico evening hours (17:00–21:00 UTC−6) to handle client communication and post-tour follow-ups.

This is a remote role requiring 15–20 hours per week, with a monthly payment of €300–€400. A trial period of 1 month will apply.
