Proactive Marketing Specialist for Strategy, Brand, and Digital Campaigns

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for managing various marketing projects, developing creative assets, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The specialist will also provide direct support to the CEO on marketing strategy and brand development. Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to independently advance projects are essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities include: Managing diverse marketing projects such as proposals, landing pages, email campaigns, QR capture campaigns, and case studies. Tracking campaign performance and compiling comprehensive monthly marketing reports. Designing graphics, presentations, and other creative assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. Overseeing content calendars and managing social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Coordinating effectively with internal teams, clients, photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors to ensure timely content delivery. Assisting the CEO with various marketing initiatives, content creation, and developing LinkedIn thought leadership. Building and maintaining email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM marketing sequences. Over time, the role will evolve to include leading marketing meetings, coordinating cross-departmental communication, and actively participating in client marketing discussions.Qualifications required: Proven experience in marketing project management and team coordination. Experience in a marketing or executive assistant role supporting a CEO or executive. A strong background in graphic design or multimedia, demonstrated by a portfolio of creative work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Slack). Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, possessing excellent communication skills.
