William Rock Property Management Inc. Is seeking a highly reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team. This remote position offers consistent weekly hours and is ideal for someone dependable, friendly, and motivated for long-term growth within our company. The successful candidate must be 100% fluent in English and available Monday–Friday during set working hours. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with comfort working on a computer all day. Sales experience is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with new tenant and owner leads interested in our property management services.
* Conducting follow-ups with existing property owner clients to ensure satisfaction.
* Accurately adding new tenant leads and client information to our CRM system.
* Professionally handling incoming calls, texts, and emails.
* Managing scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
* Providing comprehensive assistance with client communication and various daily administrative tasks.
