Through strategic content, streamlined onboarding, and monthly check-ins, we support medical professionals in delivering their message with clarity and confidence.

We’re looking for a personable and organized Account Manager based in Latin America who understands the value of excellent service and client retention. If you’re great on calls, confident in your writing, and can speak the language of customer care this is for you.

Project overview

What You’ll Do • Act as the main point of contact for medical spa clients • Guide new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring all materials and steps are clear and complete • Host monthly Zoom strategy calls to review their custom content calendar and marketing direction • Keep client accounts in good standing by staying ahead of delays, questions, or blockers • Send timely communications via email, SMS, and phone • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, and proactively resolve any concerns • Collaborate with our internal creative team to ensure timely delivery of content and updates You’re a Fit If You Have: • Fluent English skills (spoken and written); • A quiet, professional remote work setup with reliable internet • 1–3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or communications • Confidence leading Zoom calls with clients • A passion for client service, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts • Strong writing skills for polished, professional client communication • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, GHL, or similar Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience working with medical spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or health clinics • Familiarity with content calendars, patient education, or digital marketing • Basic understanding of services like Botox, fillers, laser treatments, or skincare regimens Why Work With Us? • 100% remote, full-time opportunity from anywhere in Latin America • Work with a positive, fast-paced team dedicated to real client impact • Specialized industry focus—learn the ins and outs of aesthetic medicine • Long-term stability with room for growth and additional responsibilities How to Apply Send the following to Team@createmycontent.com : • Your resume (in English) • A brief 1–2 minute video introduction telling us about your client experience • Your expected monthly rate • Your location and availability
