Weโre hiring a full-time, remote Customer Support & Upsell Specialist to join a growing international team supporting a well-established company in the **travel and document services industry**.
This role is **50% support / 50% warm sales** โ youโll assist current clients, answer their questions with clarity and empathy, and at the same time, recognize opportunities to **upsell additional services** when appropriate. All leads are **inbound, warm or hot**, and most interactions come from clients who have already expressed clear intent to complete a transaction.
We're not looking for cold-callers โ weโre looking for emotionally intelligent communicators who know how to listen, build trust fast, and guide people across the finish line with confidence and warmth.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients needing assistance
* Provide clear, professional, and compassionate support throughout their journey
* Spot opportunities for upsells and service add-ons in a natural, helpful way
* Handle objections with ease and keep client satisfaction front and center
* Use internal tools and CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups
* Be a calm, knowledgeable voice that earns client trust and encourages loyalty

**What We're Looking For**
* Excellent spoken and written English** (Spanish or Portuguese a bonus)
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, or handle sales in support environments
* Comfortable managing objections and closing without pressure
* Warm, positive, professional tone on every call
* Organized, reliable, and responsive โ you value showing up and following through
* Tech-savvy and experienced with remote work and online tools
