Our hospitality maintenance services company, based in Canada, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to a growing company from a remote work environment, preferably within Latin America.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming service requests from clients.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to various service locations.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with hotel managers and clients, providing regular service updates.
- Generate and distribute work orders accurately.
- Track the status of all jobs and maintain comprehensive, accurate records.
- Provide assistance with invoicing processes and service documentation.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding jobs and customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication channels between clients, field technicians, and management.

Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, administrative support, call center operations, or operations coordination.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and various online scheduling tools.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet work environment are mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Prior experience in maintenance, construction, property management, or the hospitality industry is considered a valuable asset.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be available to work during Eastern Time (Montreal/Toronto) business hours.
