We are a fast-growing cleaning company in the U.S., And we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator.

You will help us hire and onboard cleaners across different U.S. Locations. Many of our applicants speak Spanish, so being fluent in both English and Spanish is essential. This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone highly organized, reliable, and proactive. You must also be comfortable conducting phone calls with applicants during interviews and onboarding. Phone call experience is preferred but not required and we’re open to training the right candidate.

Project overview

We’re currently scaling our team and hiring multiple cleaners. To keep things smooth and efficient, we need support in handling the hiring process, from job postings and screening to onboarding and paperwork collection. You'll work closely with our internal team to make sure we build a strong, well-supported workforce.
