Looking for longterm construction customer service VA with exceptional Spanish and English speaking and writing skills to conduct all customer service activities amongst the company, customers, suppliers, etc, as well as monitor email, social media and other lead gen platforms for customer contact, provide responses to the customers and notify construction company.

Va needs to be proficient on social media platforms, crm's, and other office tools to manage customer flow, be able to multi-task and perform tasks at a fast-pace and record all client interactions in crm. VA is responsible for assisting in compiling estimates from information given, as well as send invoices.
