StratiFi, a dynamic fintech SaaS company, is actively seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for enterprise sales within the wealth management sector. This is a pivotal role focused on high-value accounts, emphasizing personalized and multi-channel outreach over traditional cold-calling.The primary responsibilities for this role include: Conducting in-depth research to identify and target mid-market and enterprise wealth management firms. Executing strategic multi-channel outbound campaigns, utilizing calls, email, video, and LinkedIn to engage prospects. Generating qualified sales pipeline, with a focus on achieving monthly targets of 11 SQLs and over $300K in qualified pipeline. Collaborating directly with leadership to align on strategy and report on performance.We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of sdr/bdr experience, possessing strong knowledge of the wealth management or fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be disciplined in data management, creative in their outreach approaches, and highly proficient in multi-channel prospecting. A deep understanding of advisor workflows and the ability to balance personalization with scale are essential.This opportunity offers strategic work with a direct impact on enterprise growth, allowing you to develop deep fintech expertise. You will master industry-leading sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is a remote, LATAM-friendly position within a results-oriented culture.Experience with video prospecting and familiarity with advisor platforms are considered valuable assets.
