Technical Virtual Assistant for Software Project Coordination and Development Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Virtual Assistant to support our software project operations. This role involves a blend of administrative coordination and technical understanding to facilitate smooth project execution and client interactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of software development concepts.

Responsibilities:

Handle interviews with clients and platforms to identify and secure new project opportunities.
Participate actively in meetings related to project development, planning, and coordination.
Collaborate effectively with other developers and team members to ensure project alignment and progress.

Requirements:

English proficiency at the B2 level or higher is essential for clear communication.
General understanding of at least two technology stacks (e.g., .NET and Angular) to effectively engage with technical discussions.
Valid work authorization in your country of residence.
A stable and reliable internet connection to ensure consistent availability.
Flexible availability to attend interviews and project-related meetings across different time zones if necessary.
Ability to keep your computer on at all times during working hours for continuous support.

Nice to have (not required):

Understanding of ai model training or ai data annotation projects.
Deep knowledge of Full-Stack development.
Work experience in an English-speaking environment.
Demonstrated work experience through an active GitHub profile.
Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
