Ugc Talent Manager

I’m looking for a Talent Manager & Account Manager who can take full ownership of the day-to-day operations in my business. Someone who understands the fast-paced world of UGC and can keep everything running smoothly without needing constant direction.

I’ve been through multiple hires who either move too slow, can’t think on their feet, or wait for instructions instead of taking initiative. I need a true A-player—someone who treats this business like their own, thrives on making things more efficient, and is excited about working in the UGC space long-term.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Managing UGC Projects – Ensuring content is delivered on time, quality is high, and brands get exactly what they need.
✅ Creator & Talent Sourcing – Finding, vetting, and booking the right UGC creators, actors, and video editors. If a creator drops out, you quickly secure a replacement.
✅ Overseeing Production & Revisions – Making sure creators follow briefs, hit key messaging, and deliver content that performs. If something’s off, you step in to fix it.
✅ Client Communication & Support – Being the main point of contact for brands, ensuring smooth communication, and responding quickly (no delayed or robotic messages).
✅ Hiring & Recruiting – Bringing in top-tier video editors, UGC creators, and actors who fit the brand’s needs and execute at a high level.
✅ Proactive Problem-Solving – If something isn’t working, you fix it—whether it’s a creator issue, a deadline problem, or a production hiccup.
✅ Keeping Operations Tight – Tracking content calendars, handling invoices, and making sure every moving piece stays on schedule.

What I’m Looking For:
👉 UGC Industry Knowledge – You understand how UGC works, the trends, and what makes content perform.
👉 Extreme Proactiveness – You don’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate problems before they happen.
👉 Speed & Urgency – I need someone who moves FAST. Tasks that should take hours can’t take days.
👉 US or Overlapping Time Zones Preferred – Our work is time-sensitive, and tasks can’t sit overnight due to time differences.
👉 Strong Communication Skills – You know how to communicate clearly and professionally (not robotic or generic AI-style messages).
👉 Detail-Oriented & Organized – Nothing slips through the cracks. You track everything and follow up without needing reminders.
👉 Resourceful & Independent – You take ownership, figure things out, and solve problems without constant direction.

Who This Role is NOT For:
❌ Someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every task.
❌ Someone who moves slow and struggles to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
❌ Someone who only “follows orders” but doesn’t think critically or take initiative.
