Bella Rosa Home Improvements, a growing home improvement company based in Virginia, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and document organization.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish.

Manage and update records using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Support project coordination, including tracking progress on remodeling and repair jobs.

Handle invoicing, expenses, and financial records (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).

Organize and update job photos and reports using CompanyCam (preferred but not required).

Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth operations.

Project overview

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish & English) – must be able to communicate effectively in both languages. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Full-time availability and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace and willingness to learn new tools. Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
