We are seeking a highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to support the operations of 27+ Airbnb properties across Canada. Our company is scaling rapidly, and we need a proactive individual to help manage guest communications, coordinate cleaners and maintenance, handle light administrative tasks, and engage in proactive problem-solving. This is a flexible, growth-focused role starting with specific shifts, with opportunities to take on additional hours and responsibilities based on performance.

Initial Schedule:
Monday, Thursday, Friday: 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. EST
Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
Total: 34 hours/week starting, with potential for increased hours.

The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously, including guest messaging, maintenance coordination, and various admin tasks. You must possess strong prioritization skills, remain alert and attentive, and maintain composure when faced with multiple concurrent issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all guest messaging, including check-ins, addressing complaints, handling inquiries, and providing updates.
- Coordinating cleaners and maintenance personnel, making fast and effective judgment calls.
- Filing and managing Airbnb resolution claims efficiently.
- Ordering necessary supplies for properties.
- Reconciling expenses at month-end.
- Occasionally assisting with listing creation and other administrative tasks as they arise.

We manage 27+ Airbnb properties across Canada and are scaling fast. We need a resourceful VA to help with operations: guest comms, cleaner and maintenance coordination, light admin, and proactive problem-solving.

This is a flexible, growth-focused role: you start with specific shifts, and if performance allows, you can do more hours for additional pay.

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. EST
Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
Total: 34 hours/week starting. Opportunity to take on additional shifts if you'd like.

You'll juggle multiple priorities at once: guest messaging, maintenance coordination, admin tasks, and know how to prioritize what matters most. You'll need to be alert, attentive, and stay calm when multiple issues hit at the same time.

Responsibilities include:
- Guest messaging (check-ins, complaints, inquiries, updates)
- Coordinate cleaners & maintenance with fast judgment calls
- File and manage Airbnb resolution claims
- Order supplies
- Reconcile expenses month-end
- Occasional: listing creation, other admin as it comes up

You have:
- Excellent written English (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience in Airbnb and/or hospitality (this is a must)
- Fast problem-solving skills with ownership mentality ("what would I do if this were my property?")
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple urgent issues simultaneously
- Alertness and attentiveness. You catch details others miss and stay on top of things
- Organizational skills and are detail-oriented
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Nice to have: PriceLabs, Breezeway, Notion

You'll coordinate operations, handle escalations thoughtfully, and own your shift proactively. Most of your shift is monitoring and being available. Peak times (weekends) require real problem-solving and quick decisions, but the rest is light admin and standing by.

Team & Support: You'll have direct support from 3 team members during onboarding and your shifts

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience. Start at 34 hours/week with opportunity for additional shifts and raises based on performance.
