Virtual Assistant – Real Estate & Airbnb Operations (Spanish a Plus)

We operate a growing real estate business with multiple Airbnb units and Lease Option homes. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us streamline operations, document systems, and eventually grow into a larger role.

You’ll Start With Tasks Like:

- Documenting SOPs (we’ll show you how)
- Scheduling cleaners and coordinating maintenance
- Collecting photos/info from cleaners to file Airbnb Aircover claims
- Creating and optimizing listings on Airbnb, Facebook Marketplace, and Zillow
- Posting pre-written ads for Lease Option properties
- Messaging potential tenant-buyers through Facebook Messenger (using our script)
- Ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Managing communications with contractors (text/WhatsApp)

You Must Have:

- Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish fluency is a strong plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and document steps
- Proactive communication and reliable internet
- Availability during U.S. Daytime hours (at least partially)

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience with Airbnb, PriceLabs, Facebook Marketplace, or Google Docs
- Real estate experience (leasing, maintenance coordination)
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, or Notion
