Hello!

I am looking for a Thai to English translator who is very familiar with allergies (gluten-containing products and their synonyms ie wheat, barley malt, etc), and general food.

The project is for ad hoc translation of recipe lists to ensure that certain ingredients are not present, ie the food product is gluten free.

The volume of work is relatively low, with around 5 tasks per day. However, I am happy to pay piecework instead of hourly if this works out better. You only need to be available during the Thai work day (Indochina time).

Please only apply if you have specific experience with food allergies and gluten-containing products.
