We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter / Lead Manager to join our team and support Escuelio, a school management and booking platform developed by Zagnex e.U. (Vienna, Austria). Escuelio is designed for private language schools and academies, enabling them to manage online enrolments, course bookings, teachers, students, and payments efficiently, moving away from manual processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and contacting private language schools and academies in your country (lead lists will be provided).
- Utilizing various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email to reach decision-makers (owners or directors).
- Engaging with decision-makers through polite cold outreach and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Successfully booking online demo meetings directly into our calendar for the Escuelio platform.
- Sending timely reminders one day and one hour before each scheduled demo to ensure attendance.
- Maintaining an updated lead sheet and providing a concise daily WhatsApp report on your progress.
Requirements for this role:
- Must reside in a Latin American country (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Costa Rica).
- Native proficiency in Spanish and good written English skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, or B2B sales.
- Ownership of a WhatsApp Business account; a Zagnex company email with an official signature will be provided.
Trial and Payment Structure:
- The initial trial phase will involve successfully completing 5 attended demos with decision-makers.
- Compensation during the trial will be usd 10 for each attended demo (only demos attended by the decision-maker count).
- Payments will be processed weekly based on completed milestones.
- High-performing individuals will be offered a long-term part-time role, including a base pay and commission per demo and per closed deal.
