I’m looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role requires someone with real estate experience (preferably in the U.S. Market) and solid social media skills to help with daily tasks and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, messages, and scheduling
Assist with real estate-related tasks (CRM updates, client follow-up, document prep)
Create and post content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Translate and communicate in both English and Spanish
Provide daily reports and updates
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in real estate admin or assistant roles
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Highly organized and self-motivated
Available to work U.S. Business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
Bonus if you have:
Experience using Canva, CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar), and task managers like Trello or ClickUp.
