Wait till we describe your work-flow — this will wipe out all the doubt about applying So, what are the basic tasks of the Customer Support Representative? Communication with clients from the US and European countries via chat, phone calls as well as emails. What will your day look like? This depends on the shift you would like to take. We offer: • The number of shifts you are expected to work per shift cycle is 6 – including weekends and holidays. The support team works 7/24/365. 9 day shift cycle – 6 days on with 3 days off, subject to change. • Each shift is a total of 9 hours, including 1 hour lunch – according to GMT+2 time zone for the shifts below. Morning shift*: 06:00-15:00 Evening shift*: 14:00 – 23:00 Night shift*: 22:00 – 07:00 • Work at least 6 night shifts per month. In between, there is a busy shift full of communication — hundreds of customers are using our website each day, so you will definitely have some fun time chatting with them as well as few challenging (but instructive) cases, that would involve all your skills of a good listener and decision maker.
